These terms describe the conditions for using DrPhoto, provided by Formaweb Serviços de Internet Ltda., a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ 10.733.239/0001-24. Questions can be sent to support@drphoto.app.
What DrPhoto offers
DrPhoto is an iPhone app for capturing and organizing clinical photos and videos. It lets you tag records by patient, location and procedure, follow visits, align photos, compare before and after and export comparisons.
The app is a recording tool. It does not provide a diagnosis, does not guarantee treatment results and does not replace professional judgment or the record-keeping obligations of your practice.
Responsible use
You are responsible for the content you record, for the consents needed to photograph patients and handle their data, and for any sharing or export. Use the app in accordance with the law and the professional rules that apply to you.
Protect your device, passcode and Apple account. Exporting an image creates a copy outside DrPhoto; access control and the fate of that copy then depend on where you sent it.
Free plan and DrPhoto Pro
The Free plan allows up to 50 items across photos and videos and includes before and after comparison and automatic location selection within a 100 m radius. Pro removes that limit and adds organizing several photos at once and exporting without a watermark.
The subscription is purchased in the app through Apple. Check the price, period, renewal and conditions shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.
Renewal and cancellation are managed in your Apple account. Canceling does not delete existing records. After the paid period ends, new records are subject to the Free plan limit.
Refund requests for purchases made through Apple follow the process Apple provides, without prejudice to the rights granted by applicable law.
iCloud and availability
Sync happens in the iCloud of the user’s account, according to the options turned on in the app. Pro does not include an iCloud storage plan. Available space, connectivity and Apple services may affect sync.
Take the care your practice requires with backups, account access and record availability. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or recovery of all content under every circumstance.
Privacy and support
Data handling is described in the Privacy policy. For questions or problems, use the support page, without including photos or patient information.
License and changes
Use of the app is also subject to the distribution terms and to Apple’s standard app license, where applicable. These terms do not transfer any rights to the brand or the software and do not limit the consumer’s legal rights.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The published version is identified by the date at the top of the page. The conditions of a purchase should be checked at the time you buy.
